My love for Tessa Bailey knows no end. I don’t like nicknames and Tessa’s characters use them and for some reason I melt. I don’t find Texas accents attractive and she gives Wes the accent and I swoon. I don’t like a possessive male character but my heart squeezed with Wes’ protection of Bethany.
I didn’t realize this was the 3rd book in the series but I wasn’t going to stop reading after I started. That being said you could read it as a stand alone book. I will be going back to read the 1st and 2nd books. Part of me feelings like I should go backwards at this point but the ocd in me tells me to go back to book 1.
Anyway, loved it, you should read it. It’s sweet, predictable, “enemies” (but they know they like each other) to lovers, and super spicy. What’s not to like?!
