This book was so gorgeous and I absolutely loved it! The couple were so cute, I didn’t want to have to put it down when I started reading it and it was also surprisingly steamy which is always a fun extra.
The way in which the author wrote about some really hard hitting topics, such as chronic pain and toxic relationships, whilst managing to maintain a really light-hearted mood throughout was really well done and added such an extra layer to the stories and characters that a lot of romances don’t have.
Red and Chloe have my heart and I loved that it was told in third person so that we got to see how he felt about her as well as how she felt about him. Often romances are a woman going after a man and we get to see how she feels about him but there was something so nice about getting to see how much Red loved Chloe from his perspective. It was so wonderful and I definitely think it lives up to the hype. If you like romances and you’ve considered picking it up then go and do it! It’s hyped for a reason!
