This is such a great story! It’s told from 4 POV’s and that really moved the story along. We still have yet to know exactly how everyone is connected but I’m excited to see where the story goes. The setting is great and with the different perspectives you get a really well rounded view is the world and the politics of it all. The characters are flawed and realistic and the magic system is pretty unique so far although it’s still kind of mysterious as the story goes but I’m sure we will learn more. As an adult fantasy romance reader who has read romantasy series by this author, I had no idea this was a YA series but I am loving it!
