Loved this book! I received it as a gift and I'm really glad about it. It took me a while to warm up to it as I wasn't sure on the writing initially (I think this is what is keeping me from 5 stars) but once the plot really got going I loved it! I adore Rune and Gideon together and the plot moves really well from their original plans. Without giving away any spoilers, I sensed part of the plot quite early and got really excited in the build up towards it, so much so that I didn't see other things coming and they took me by complete surprise!! I ordered the second book before I had even finished it and now I cannot WAIT for it to arrive.
