Thought provoking book of connected short stories about body image and the intersections with societal expectations, relationships, food, sex, family, and self. I liked the narrative form - little glimpses into our main characters life worked really well for this type of work - but altogether didn’t really compel me the way I wanted it to or the way other books from Mona Awad have.
