This was a complete surprise. I was expected some comedy about a gay uncle caring for his niece and nephew and hilarity ensues.... but what I got was an carefully worded grief session with children with bits of humor. And the ending gutted me when the major life lesson hit, where you have an epiphany moment that kids teach you more than you think they ever could just by teach them first.
