The first part of this book was somewhat compelling. The viewpoint of a combat nurse in Vietnam was interesting to me as I haven’t read anything on this topic before. After her return from the war, I lost interest. The book is very repetitive, the characters are flat, and the “plot twists “or surprises in the book were very predictable.
I did not finish the Four Winds, and was pretty disappointed with this book too. Will be my last venture into this authors work.
