this was such a gut wrenching second chance romance. i feared what the reason for their breakup was and was absolutely gutted to have been right. i have such a soft spot for Elyse and Dominic and it was really beautiful to read how their love blossomed twice.
i wanted a bit more out of the suspense aspect but i found the pacing to be really well done and couldn’t believe i didn’t put all the clues together sooner. i adored being back in this world with the Ledger family and i can’t wait to see whose story we get next.
