This was my second read of this and it was absolutely fabulous!
The main couple were spectacular and the development of their relationship was just perfect. From the very first page I was hooked, the writing was so engaging and the chemistry and connection between the couple was so tangible. This is one of the best HR books I've read and Julia Quinn at her very best! Couldn't wish for a better read to bring a smile to my face and lighten my heart.
The growth both characters go through isn't major in the grand scheme of things but it's in the little moments and interactions that their entire view shifts, their love is so deep and it hit me straight in the chest every time they grew closer to each other.
Typical Quinn style means very little steam but the deep bond and feelings completely made up for that.
