Okay, yeah. This may be casual for him, but it’s not casual for me. Not anymore.

Hey, so what did I just read.

If books are food, then this book is lead-paint drywall. This was so messy, melodramatic, poorly written, and toxic as hell.

And I ate that shit all the way up.

I actually don’t know where to start with this. This was obviously written by a yaoi enjoyer (no one with a penis has a refractory period that short, but I can’t complain too much cause the sex was hot as hell). At first, I was afraid the book was taking itself too seriously, but the plot and pacing is so messy and wattpad coded it became very apparent this book doesn’t even know how to take itself seriously.

Caleb is an idiot. I love him. How are you as a straight man throwing yourself onto another man and are then surprised that everyone thinks you guys are dating??? And then you proceed to call him babe???? I’m not even gonna ask you to hand over your straight card, you already threw it in an incinerator.

Anyway, Caleb and Whit were cute as fuck. I’m sorry. The big muscle bottom trope will always get me. Plus, it’s very clear that they genuinely love and care about one another. I stayed up all night just finished this book. I have no regrets.

That marriage plot was so last minute and stupid it literally did not need to happen. Why. That was so dumb. And then just resolved like it didn’t happen. Which it shouldn’tve.

I was going to read Sem and Magnus’ story but STALKING???? Really????
