A chilling book about generational trauma, with horrifying supernatural elements. Was on the edge of my seat the entire time, finishing it in two sittings because I had to know what happened next. Artfully explored the cycle of generational trauma through a scary and gory lens. The descriptions of the demon were visceral and terrifying, with the possessed child resulting in a bleak ending of another repetition of this dark cycle . Absolutely recommend for lovers of supernatural horror or beginners to the genre like me.
