kkmcg21 's review for:
The School for Good Mothers
by Jessamine Chan
4.5 stars.
A provocative, dystopian and at times aggravating read that explores themes of motherhood, trauma, and relationships. As a mother, portions of this book were almost physically painful. The narrative lagged at times, but gathered momentum towards a memorable and devastating finish.
