Gosh it’s scary reading this in today’s context. The foreword and afterword were very helpful for outlining the story since the actual book is comprised completely of letters back and forth. Very clever. Brilliantly written. TBH I just wanted a bit more character development that may have only been possible outside of the context of letters.
