Don't Let Him In by Lisa Jewell
3.75

Plot or Character Driven: Plot
Strong character development: Yes
Loveable characters: No
Diverse cast of characters: No
Flaws of characters a main focus: Yes

Not a particularly amazing book but any Lisa Jewell book is wildly entertaining and this one is no different. I don’t love how mental illness is used a a plot devise but there are strong female friendships and a healthy mother-daughter relationship.  It’s a bit difficult to follow at first but once you’re into the story you can just turn your brain off and enjoy the chaotic ride.
