I loved this book. It was such a beautiful way to explain what living with any severe mental disorder is like. The author does an amazing job of keeping you immersed in Aza’s brain, truly getting a sense of the torture she is enduring everyday. All while truly routing for her to navigate her spirals on her own.
One thing I took from this book is that sometimes life doesn’t get easier. Whatever you are dealing with now just becomes smaller everyday. The good, bad, and ugly in your life makes up who you are!
