The Best Years by Elena Monroe
5.0
I LOVE college romances. The boys are bad, the girls are good, the tension is high, and the drama is everywhere.
The Amherst sinners do not disappoint.
This story is gritty, touching in several controversial topics, including but not limited to rape and addiction.
Oliver(y’all can call him Ollie if you want, but he just seems too serious in my opinion) is a bad boy, kind of. I think he’s more misguided, and wrapped in other people’s judgments.
And Layla, our innocent girl. And she is, oath innocent as well as kind of naive.
I like the multiple POV.
The ending gutted me. I’m off to read book 2.
