I honestly went into this book not really knowing what to expect and ended up really enjoying it! The more I read the more I realize how much I love a story that is romance & women’s fiction. I thought this story concept was so unique, and the author did a good job depicting grief and depression in an authentic way while also putting lots of time and emphasis on finding the joy in life. Henry was absolutely perfect, and I really really loved his character. The end of the book kind of fell apart a little bit for me with spice and the conflicts between the characters. But overall, I enjoyed this story, the characters, & the NYC setting!
Content: strong frequent language, open door scenes (258-260, 262-266, 268, 279), homosexual side characters
