I quite forgot I've enjoyed the heck out of this book a year or two ago - reading it once again did not diminish the experience. I especially love the relationship Mel and David have, but the W.W. II episodes were not bad either. I just think it a real shame about Joe...

I'm going to read the second book of the series now. This should be entertaining.
