The reason for the half off is there was wayyyy too much Smut in it. I can appreciate a good smut book when that's all it's about. I also REALLY enjoy stories with plot, hence why i knocked it down a bit. IT was a fun vampire story and let's be real here. I LOVE VAMPIRES. Adrian sounds so dreamy, and I am excited for the other vampires backgrounds to be fleshed out.
The romance trope on this one ( i won't spoil it for you), seems kind of overdone and honestly, i saw it coming from a ways away...but it didn't deter me from liking it. The dialogue and flow of the characters were great. I liked that the MC isn't a virgin. I've read the badass females, but they're all virgins for some reason?
