Her Royal Highness by Rachel Hawkins

Very fun and very sapphic! I have not read the previous book in the series and followed along just fine. The narrator's Texan accent was lacking but her many Scottish accents were wonderful, so that balanced it out. I don't have much experience with contemporary romance and thought that I hated the genre. It turns out that I just hate white cishet contemporary romance, not the genre as a whole.

SLIGHT CONTENT SPOILERS (but important for library selectors/parents/whoever)
It's also a clean read; making out is the highest level of on screen content. The protag doesn't drink, either.
