Tease
by Amanda Maciel
I enjoyed this book because it had a strong message. Amanda Maciel did a great job as far as creating a realistic story that most high schoolers are able to relate to. The characters were well developed though I feel like there were still some things we should have known about Sara's background and her father. Overall I appreciated the emotions that were shown through Sara and all she had to go through in this book. I did however sometimes get confused as to what happened before and what was happening after Emma's death. I'm not a huge fan of novels that switch between to points in time, but I think this story was a great idea, especially for a debut novel.
