5/5⭐️ This book completely and utterly broke me.
I cannot even describe how much I love this book and I think I can honestly say that this book this my second favourite after Golden Son.
I laughed, I cried, I bit my nails and sat at the edge of my seat reading through this. Everything from character development, politics, war, and all the darkness and pain that these characters go through is just *chefs kiss*.
It was so beautifully written and now there is an ache in my chest because the book is over. It is the kind of book that will stay with me for weeks after I’ve finished it.
I definitely will be rereading the entire series soon, waiting in anticipation for news of the final book.
