More Than You'll Ever Know by Katie Gutierrez
3.0

Gutierrez has written a unique suspense/thriller. This book was good, really good so why three stars? Well, the plot slogged on a little bit, I figured out the bit midway through, and it isn't a book that I am going to continue to think about the plot after reading.

The good bits, I loved the culture. I loved how Gutierrez was able to capture Mexico and using both Spanish and English really was excellent. I enjoyed Gutierrez's writing style more than the substance of the book. I would absolutely read her again and I enjoyed the book. At the end of the book what I was left thinking about was the atmosphere and descriptions of the city and travels versus the actual plot, which is why the 3 stars.

Overall, I enjoyed it and look forward to the next venture by Gutierrez.
