"just remember i'll have known that, deep down inside, you were just enough of a bastard to be worth liking."

this was hands down the funniest book i've ever read. terry pratchett and neil gaiman are literally both hilarious and i thoroughly enjoyed good omens, even if i did watch the tv series on prime first. i think it actually helped me understand the book better, actually.

"that's because people trying to sort it out were men."

the story follows several points of view, which can be confusing at first, but once you get your head around it, it makes sense. aziraphale and crowley are two opposing forces trying to combat armageddon from the antichrist, and so many things go wrong, and so many things go ... right? this book literally made me laugh out loud in places (luckily not in public, thank god), but i honestly had such a blast reading it.
