If one was expecting something in-depth from this, one would be disappointed . . . but surely such an expectation wouldn't be brought to bear here?
I found little to nothing particularly new to me here, but a simple and positive overview of kitchen witchery, with guidance on intentions and thoughtfulness in general and how they can be brought to bear with a kitchen witch's slant, as well as associations for some common pantry staples; there are a few more specific spellwork items, but it's designed as a light introduction to the topic and I feel it does that well enough to be sure.
