I had a lot of difficulties with this one. The gender flipped Pride and Prejudice retelling is an interesting idea. However, the whole plot of what the female version of Wickham here did to the brother of the Darcy character made the entire thing too toxic for me touch. Trigger Warning for Sexual Assault:

Basically the brother character is drugged and the Wickham character has sex with him against his will and films it. In the discussions of this it is mentioned that the brother won't come forward about it because it would set back decades the fight women have been fighting. (I don't remember the direct quote.)

There is too much to unpack in that and the fallout from it, so I'm just throwing out the suitcase. Also, I'm pretty sure this is not how doctor/patient relationships are supposed to legally work.
