What a mess of a book. I was looking forward to this after enjoying YOU, both the series and the book, but Hidden Bodies was just really disappointing and frankly ridiculous. It was so over the top and farfetched, and Joe's shift in character didn't feel believable. Kepnes' habit of making things all too convenient was stretched to the absolute limit, the addition of real-life celebrities was incredibly cringeworthy and I swear this book sets some sort of record for how many times the word 'vagina' was used.
On the plus side, and the things that upped this book to a 2 star read for me, was that despite it's ridiculousness it was entertaining in parts and Santino Fontana narrated the HELL out it! 5 star narration all the way.
