I’m reading these so quickly I’m kind of losing track, but I’ll try very hard to remember the book I finished five minutes ago, I promise.
- I have always loved Adam, for reasons I could not justify because he was a prat, but he’s objectively better in this one, while still being bonkers.
that plan for Greenmantle was dark, and he had absolutely no hesitation

- two more girlbosses joined the series . A win for feminism everywhere.
- Mallory! I forgot he showed up at all and was pleasantly surprised. I like His Dog.
- Caves are fun and spooky. I’m a simple man, I see a hole in the ground and I am intrigued.
God I love these. I’m going to be sad when I finish, and while I love the trilogy, it has a different vibe. I’ll be back for that vibe after The Raven King and a short break.
