I got ridiculously invested in this book! The take on fated mates was refreshing and different.
The amount of vulnerability the MMC shows is great, he's a product of his upbringing and treatment of other people. Seeing his growth was amazing and lovely to read.
The banter was next level and the fmc is strong willed and witty.
