The Monet Murders
by Josh Lanyon
I liked this one.
I really like Jason and how determined he is to solve his case. I like that the book is from his POV and that he still deals with the fallout of his shooting and everything. I also love that he doesn't freeze in the final shootout and that he jumps and saves Sam's life. :)
We still don't know a lot about Sam but I still like him.
The case was interesting and I love how Jason digs into his case and finds the connections to Sam's case and how he solves everything. :)
The back and forth regarding the Jason and Sam relationship was a bit "Hmmm" but I get it and that it's been necessary.
I'm looking forward to the next part. :)
