It is really sweet to read a book meant for younger kids especially coming back to them when you are older. I used to love reading these but never got to finishing the whole series so have made it my mission to read them all finally. Some people might think that the writing style is cringey but I think that makes it a better read, seeing their friendship blossom and the adventures that they go on together. I think these are great books and are definite classics. :)
