I’ve always loved when writing can make small moments seem so much bigger. When the personable things can feel as important as the end of the world. When you can see your own life in the traces of a story, your own feeling, like the book is just a template for your own experiences. And that’s what I found in this book. I loved the run on sentences, even when it tired me out, and I loved the realism of it all, the mistakes and the doubt and the feeling of not enough and more than enough all at once.
