I would recommend this book to any boy or man who hasn't encountered feminism before. This is a very gentle and accessible introduction to feminist thought and how it relates to men's lives and the construction of masculinities. If you're already familiar with gender studies, this might be a bit too basic for you, but I enjoyed reading this nonetheless. J.J. Bola's writing style is very soothing, kind, and vulnerable.
