Arizona Tape has hit all the emotions, intriguing storyline and amazing character developments throughout the second book of The Afterlife Academy series with Valkyrie 102 - The Forest of Illusions.
Whilst Ylva isn’t at the academy learning as much in the typical teaching sense, she’s definitely learning a lot in other ways.
Each of the characters bring their own importance to the storyline, and even though there’s characters that you might not like, their influence in Ylva’s story is an essential part. I especially adore the relationship developing between Ylva and Ryoko.
I’m completely loving this refreshing take on an academy and afterlife story, and I highly recommend the first two books in the series Valkyrie 101 and 102. Looking forward to continuing this series with the next book Valkyrie 103.
