This book was fascinating!! I really enjoyed reading it and learning about the progress in manufacturing meat, milk and leather without using living animals. I cannot wait to see the on the market.
The book is easy to read and combines technical facts with the stories of the people involved.
I highly recommend this book to everyone!!!
