I am a bit biased reading this, because I watched the first season of the television show already and loved it. I really love this story and the characters. The world is just a fun place, and I adore the little footnotes. It was just a super fun read that was full of funny bits.

There was one scene with maggots that was pretty gross and would probably freak someone sensitive to that out. Overall though even darker topics in the book are taken more for laughs and not very explicit.
