**Squeals of Delight** I just finished reading A VERY BOSSY CHRISTMAS by Kayley Loring and I LOVED IT SO MUCH! It’s been such a long time since I’ve read a book from a “new to me author” and fell in love with her words. Sigh… So. GOOD! I can’t wait to read her entire backlist of novels (yes, I will do that LOL). This is especially true if they are funny and charming like this one.
A VERY BOSSY CHRISTMAS scored so many points for me for MANY reasons. First and foremost, this is a romantic comedy and it delivers all the belly laughs! It’s been a hot minute since I’ve read a book that has made me laugh as hard as this one did. Another reason I loved this book to its core is because it’s a Christmas romance. If you’ve been following my reviews for the past month, you’ll see that I am devouring all the Christmas books that I can. I spotted this one in my attempts to find more and voila, I cried with joy (okay, I didn’t cry but maybe rejoiced). FINALLY, I loved this book in its entirety because it is so damn charming. These characters are top notch! I love an office romance where the two start off as partial enemies and then fall in love. To make it EVEN more charming, the author added a sweet fake relationship trope into the mix and made it even more IRRESISTIBLE! AHHH! I loved it so much.
It’s been a long time since a book has made me this excited and I hoper readers will take my excitement as a plea to read this book! You won’t regret it at all!
