This book had a solid start and I was super invested in the story. It’s a YA dystopian book set in a world of constant winter where only the most elite citizens get to live in the climate-controlled luxury city of Snowglobe. The catch is that everyone in Snowglobe is being filmed constantly with their lives broadcasted for everyone in the icy world to see. This was actually pretty entertaining to read about and I liked this aspect of the plot.

While I enjoyed the storyline through most of the book, the ending lost me. It felt kind of like a fever dream and it was a bit confusing at times.

Overall, I liked the story enough that I do plan to read the second book in the duology that releases in May.
