Holy shit, didn’t know what to expect when I picked up this book and I was not disappointed!
The story was great, it was so well written and was so immersible that I couldn’t put the book down! I ended up devouring it in basically 2 days. I love books that are such an easy read but still suck you in, leaving you reading until you look up and suddenly it’s 2AM.
I loved both Sloane and Rowan’s characters and loved their chemistry throughout the whole story. Seeing them as individuals and also how they intertwined when in each others presence was honestly intoxicating.
There’s a lot of trigger warnings in this book which are also handily detailed on the first page of the book, however my normally squamish self was able to read through it all with only a minor flinch at one part! (Minor miracle for me lol).
