This book was so hot! The characters were all more than they seemed. The frat/jock/nerd dynamic was strong. Made for an interesting turn of events. So much taboo sexual exploration and uncertainty filled the pages of this read.
I really liked Luke, his struggle, his lifestyle. He was such a complex character. Keaton was a typical jock on the outside but deep down he was so much more than that. He was smart and driven but was being held back by the expectations of his father.
The texting/messaging component of this story really worked! It helped draw out some of the most dirty fantasies from both main characters. It helped them become comfortable with one another and share not only their sexual desires but their passions, their frustrations and their imperfect lives. A strong connection was built long before they laid eyes on each other.
