I’ve been a stark Jada supporter since I was a child and watched A Different World than Madagascar and then in Gotham and so much more.

Everyone screams protect black women but just like Viola Davis no one stood there ground to defend Jada until it was too late. She spent her youth trying to survive, then her teens in dangerous situations one after the next. As a young adult she lost two of her closest friends while trying to heal and become better than the cards she was originally played.

I recommend everyone to listen or read this book it makes it so much easier to see her as a person when you read this instead of as a star that we’ve all known on TV for so long.
