Fast Women by Jennifer Crusie
4.0
With some snappy dialogue, an overload of secondary characters and a kidnapped dog, [b:Fast Women|33728|Fast Women|Jennifer Crusie|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1311999744l/33728._SY75_.jpg|1616065] was downtown quirky.
As is typical in Crusie’s romances, the heroine, Nell, drove the hero, Gabe, crazy. Their sexual tension was a plus. I found myself caught up with their families, friends and work which were often intertwined. It was an extremely busy plot with some light suspense.

Even better, if read between heavier stories. Gabe and Nell’s relationship was just this side of sizzling. Yum!
Thank you, Mela, for recommending this romance.
