The second book I’ve read in the Alien Universe, wow. I went into this after the Alien novel adaptation by Alan Dean Foster. I prefer Tim Lebbon’s writing way more than Foster’s. I also just enjoyed this book in general way more than the previous book I read (I still love that one as well but in comparison with this book is literally night and day).
This was way more tense, it was atmospheric, the characters were great—this is everything I had hoped it would be. I wish that this was adapted to film or tv, I would watch it! It is a solid horror novel! Absolutely recommend this to any Alien fan, this was awesome!
Content Warnings not available -
PTSD, Nudity (not explicit), and some but not a lot of Heteronormative language
