"Happy Birthday, Hunter!" and "The Hedges" were the standouts here, probably because they are the two that feature the woods most prominently, at its most wild and desolate. The rest ranged from interesting-but-overwritten paychodramas ("Kamp", "A Mix-Up At The Zoo") to bad Creepshow story rejects ("A Man in Slices", "Presto"). Every story had a rainy, dreamlike quality I really dug, even making the weaker stories stylish in their own way.
