it disappointed me. sure the main idea is interesting but the book was all over the place. it only got super interesting 200 pages in for me. the characters and their stories were too hard to follow. all their backstories are told in a way that's too scattered and vague. maybe it would work better as a movie or show so you can see the characters and associate them with their stories. the writing wasn't very good; to me it was average. i wouldn't recommend buying this book; i'd say to get it from a library first to see what you think before you spend money on it. my copy is going into a little library.
