Read this as single issues, but it's probably way easier to follow if you read the whole volume at once. For the record, I would not call this a complete arc. The story keeps on keeping on in the next issues.
If you don't like being confused, or being disturbed by disturbing nonsense, or the sneaking suspicion that quite a bit of what you just read might not be all that relevant to the overall story arc, then just skip this book.
