This was cute. Kinda whatever? But definitely fun!

Love references to Chicago, obviously. Louise actually being the jewel thief with her bestie girl George was a good ending. I’m glad Tanner got the diamond!

Tanner was unlikable but every other character I enjoyed I think.

Maybe a 3.3ish?
