This was a unique coming-of-age story. It tells the story of Tony, a boy born in India, and his life after he is brought to pre-Revolutionary War America. I think this premise is what made this book compelling and unique. The story itself, while interesting, didn't particularly stand out. That being said, I enjoyed reading this book and didn't have any desire to quite reading midway through. Please check content warnings on this one.
