I loved this book. In the beginning it took me a while to connect with Sam, but after a couple of chapters I couldn't stop reading.

Sam is a pastry sous chef who believes in relationships and happily ever after. So one night she goes to a concert of her favorite band and her and her friend go to a club after and she comes face to face with her hero (sort of) Hawke Calvin, Lead singer of the Def Deception band. Bad boy rocker. And for some reason he is infatuated with her.

He tasted like cigarettes, and one hundred percent bad boy

And that was the start of their relationship.

But she meets Josh while out shopping for her friends wedding. Josh is hot and charming and the total opposite of the Bad Boy Rocker. But she didn't want a relationship with him as she just had an amazing night with Hawke and she didn't know what was going to happen.

So this book is about a girl who had a tough time in her life. She meets a rock star who is every girls dream to be with. And she meets a nice charming hot sexy lawyer who is stable and is everything she should want. But she is torn between good and bad.
But the rock star isn't what everyone thinks he is, he has another side to him that nobody knows about. And that is what draws her to him, but he is not the relationship type of guy. But she has Josh who is a dream and is totally the relationship type of guy... So what is a girl to do

A rockstar versus a lawyer.
Fast and furious versus deliberate and calculated.
Intense and passionate versus strong and devoted.
Chaos versus stability

Awesome and captivating story that I couldn't put down. Definitely a favorite, and I can't wait to see what is going to happen with this trio!
