This book did not resonate with me nearly as much as Everything I Never Told You l. Stylistically it was similar which I enjoyed (Celeste Ng writes complicated relationships and family dynamics beautifully). However content wise it was largely highschool drama overlaid with a predominate theme of motherhood.
